why cant life be this easy

maybe this is just my way

of pretending like this could happen

like every time I say I love you isn’t just 

reenforcing your guilt

but its your upon your eyes that my dreams are built

and I want to be there when you cry

when you laugh

when you sigh

when your world seems to be crashing down

when your mind traps you up

with thoughts you cannot seem to banish
